The Mogul Mentorship programme provides educational and personal development support for young people between ages 11-18 years old. The duration of the programme is six months and consists of:
- Weekly sessions
- Specialist educational support – to ensure studying is directly aligned with the mentees work.
- The allocated mentor facilitates personal development work, including new holistic experiences that build self-esteem and conviction. The aim is to increase the mentee’s self-resilience, focus, and direction. Explore their hobbies and talents prepare them for important educational milestones, exams, higher education or employment.
- Access to professional 1-2-1 counselling
- Reviews and progress reports
The aim is to show the mentee that they have many options and the support to empower them to make healthier, informed choices confidently.
The mentors we provide will have many years of experience and relatability.
We regularly liaise with relevant teachers and carers. Share ideas, strategies, and information appropriate to the mentee’s development.
The mentee and mentor will develop a trusting, open, supportive, one-on-one relationship. The mentor will offer nonjudgmental, supportive listening, communicate well, and provide constructive criticism to assist the mentee while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at the highest standard. The work we will do with the mentee focuses on personal development and prevention.
