On the 27th January 2017, Jade Royal and her team held their first recruitment and training day in Bristol. With positions to be filled, the recruitment and training day provided a great opportunity for young people in Central Bristol the chance to gain valuable paid work experience.
The day was filled with confidence building games and activities, learning how to operate manual equipment, trying out different character costumes and, developing their customer service skills. The best part of the recruitment & training day is the fact that every attendee was successful in securing their unique place on the Triple ‘R’ Special Touches team.
Triple ‘R’ Special Touches believe in engaging young people by showing them first hand how much fun they can have while they earn their own cash. Empowering and positively shaping their beliefs about working and developing their skills can only be a great quality that will help them in the future.
Jade Royal Says – I love the fact that I could offer young people who wouldn’t normally get the chance to gain work experience as all jobs ask for work experience but not enough jobs offer it.
