1 – Wake Up Bright & Early

Getting up at 6.30 or 7 am will give you enough time to wake up properly and gather your thoughts. Take 10-15 minutes to set out your intentions for the day, This will give you a clearer vision of what needs to be accomplished and what your top priorities are. You may decide to use this time to exercise or meditate. Waking up early is a good habit to develop, it is also great for your business as it gives you the time to achieve much more during your day. Getting the right amount of sleep is also good for your health as it improves your memory, learning, mood and productivity. Don’t leave the house in a hurry, unfocused or still half asleep, calmly start your day and be ready for the world.


2 – A Healthy Breakfast

Growing up we were constantly told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The breakfast you choose to eat is going to fuel your body and brain so it is best to put a little thought and consideration into it.

Drinking lemon water is a great alternative to your usual teas and coffees. Carbohydrates like oats and rye are also a great substitute for starchy white bread. You can also try dairy alternatives such as almond or soy milk and don’t forget to add in a few fruits, nuts and veggies to the mix.   


3 –  Your Top Priorities

Every morning go over your to-do list and start with the biggest task first. It may be the most boring job on your list but it will probably reap the most rewards for your business. Don’t procrastinate, get the job done now so you can move forward. Once you have completed the biggest task on your to-do list you can now check your phone, emails, and social media.
